Thyagi, an alumni of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. After nine years in sales and marketing, he went global as Marketing Consultant for Glaxo Spain for operations in Europe and then Marketing Director for the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe. As Managing Director of Glaxo India, and later Area Director of GlaxoWellcome Asia Pacific, he successfully architected the company's radical transformation.He is currently Independent Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd; Varian Medical Systems Inc, U.S.A., Murugappa Group of Companies, GlaxoSmithKline.
He has also served on the board of International Enterprise Singapore.
Himanshu Banerjee was responsible for the structuring and growth of Tata Finance in its inception years. He later served a large manufacturing and trading business group as Finance Head in UAE for 20 years.
Under his guidance, SynPhNe has entered into partnerships with financial innovators in the microfinance and consumer loans space to drive its social mission of bringing SynPhNe to the poorest of poor patients in a financially sustainable manner. He has also helped conceptualize the "Crowd-Innovation-Technology Matrix Model" for integrating community healthcare with income generation.

He is currently managing Value Chain Planning Sales Consulting for Asia Pacific in one of the world's largest technology companies, creating and executing go to market strategy for products across APAC region.
